We focus on medium sized businesses that have the potential to grow quickly and become market leaders. We look for ambitious managers who are open to working with us to help create value in their businesses
We tend to retain our shareholdings in companies for between three and five years although our primary aim is to exit at the best time for both a business and its shareholders
